The Beard Club - Not Even Once

The beard club package arrived, and during a live unboxing which i had recorded and sent to them as evidence, there was proof that the package sent to me had been returned after use and then re-issued. I provided them with proof and they told me I was wrong and refused to take any meaningful corrective action, offering to allow a refund as long as I paid to ship it back. I'd rather upset father odin and shave this beard clean off than deal with them again.

Great Customer Support

I ordered a starter kit from The Beard Club as a Christmas gift for my husband. It arrived well within the estimated delivery date but unfortunately one of the smaller glass bottles was broken during the shipment. I reached out to their customer support and was helped immediately. They shipped out a replacement bottle within 2 days and we're good to go! Also, my husband loves product!

Just Stupid

My package Departed a Facility well over a week ago, and hasn't been seen since. At all. When I notified Thee Beard Club about this they started blaming COVID Delays. A delay is when it takes a a while to depart from a facility. A missing package is when it just disappears in general. Which is what mine did. It departed a facility, and is just gone.
Instead of helping me with this all they chose to do is blame COVID like it's at fault for all the worlds problems. Even the Post Office OIG said it was most likely Lost. All The Beard Club did was try to blame COVID.
All they had to do was open my tracking information, and they would have realized that no one has seen my package in almost 2 weeks now.
